Q. My intake is on file, must I complete another intake?
A. Yes, please. We need current information and a current date signature on file.
Q. Do you do facials or massages for kids?
A. In many cases yes. Prior consult and waiver required. Children under 16 must be accompanied by parent/guardian.
Q. Can my friend/spouse/child use the hot tub, gym, amenities while I get a service?
A. Amenities are for spa guest only. Kindly understand this is strictly enforced. Please do not ask for an exception.
Q. I didn’t realize traffic from town to Teton Village, I am going to miss my appointment. Can I just cancel?
A. No shows and same day cancellations will result in a fee. Lateness is subject to our cancellation policy and fee may be charged. Please note we are a small business that is based on time-management. Plan 90 minutes to drive the 12 miles to Teton Village. You need time to park and walk to the Teton Club. You may have some extra time to enjoy the village prior to your appointment. Having this extra time allows for a truly relaxing experience. It’s not uncommon for guests to over-plan with unrealistic timeframes that do not allow for a safe commute. We advise being on your way to Teton Village early due to unpredictable traffic slowing/congestion in which traffic backs all the way from town to Teton Village.
