Illness & Injury
Refrain from spa visit when ill! Under no circumstance will we provide service to infirm guests. Please do not ask.
If you arrive presenting contagious symptoms or if we deem a risk is present, you may be asked to exit the spa. Please refrain booking if someone in your condo residence is ill/under the weather. This applies to colds and/or sinus issue which can present as COVID-19 symptoms.
Any symptoms of illness we ask you NOT to book a service. Before COVID-19, we have always asked that guests who are under the weather rest. Massage is not indicated when unwell.
Kindly Wear Your Mask
Please arrive in a clean mask regardless of vaccination status. No buffs or single layer masks. You may be asked to wear your mask for the full duration of your session regardless of vaccine status. Thanks for understanding this may apply regardless of mask mandate.
Wear Your Teton Club Robe
If you’d like to wear a robe, arrive in your TC room robe please.
Plan Early & Relax
Allow yourself plenty of time to arrive at Sena Spa. Please arrive no later than 8-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. You may need to wait outside for a few moments as we control capacity inside the spa space and limit entrance to our reserved clients.
Have a Seat
Your therapist may be completing the service prior to yours. Hang on to your intake clipboard until you are greeted by your therapist. We’ll be right with you.
Intake & Consult
Allow time to fill out health intake form. An intake is required for EVERY visit. Skincare forms are lengthier, necessary to give Estheticians the overall picture of your skin health and to assess your unique needs. A brief pre-service consultation allows us to truly customize your bodywork or skincare service. You will be asked Coivd-19 specific health screening questions and may be asked to provide proof of vaccination or CV-19 test(s).
Speak Up to Communicate Your Needs
We want you to have an amazing experience. If there is any accommodation or adjustment needed do not hesitate to let us know. If we need to adjust pressure or work specifically to target an area, adjust the music volume, the temperature of the table, or, if you need a quick bathroom break or a sip of water, we are here to assist you. Please speak up.
Accident / Injury
Do not visit the spa seeking assistance with injury. you may be asked to be cleared by a doctor after a crash or collision. We are unable to diagnose you nor treat your acute injury and you may have a concussion. In Winter Visit the St. John’s Clinic in Teton Village, Summer season, patients can be seen at St. John’s Urgent Care in Jackson, WY. In case of emergency, please dial 911. We are at elevation and most injury will require rest.
